Valerie Brennan interviews painter Pam Cardwell about her work and process.

Cardwell notes: "My problem is learning how to get in trouble. Learning how to get into trouble seems like a valuable thing and I don’t think it is possible to try and resolve things troubling or problematic in the work. Letting go in the moment, being present in the moment and letting go is probably the hardest thing to do for me and I don’t think that is about resolution. It is about allowing."
